How to make cutlets- Sri Lankan cutlets: මාළු කට්ලට්
Sri Lankan style tuna cutlets.. Few main ingredients.from this recipe you can make about 30 cutlets..

Ingredients:
600-650g potato
8oz of tuna
One chopped onion
3-4 cloves of garlic
2-3 chili peppers
Curry leaves
Vegetable oil
Turmeric
1 tsp of chili powder
Salt to taste
Pepper
2 eggs beaten
Bread crumbs

1. First temper garlic, chili peppers & curry leaves.
2. Add cans of tuna and mix everything together & add turmeric, pepper & salt
3. Boil potatoes & mash them up- doesn’t has to be smooth
4. Add the mash potatoes to the pan & mix with the tuna mixture
5. Make 1 1/2 inch balls from the mixture
6. Dip the cutlets in a beaten egg and coat them with bread crumbs
7. I am using a deep fryer here. Pour about 2 inches of oil so that cutlets will completely cover in oil
8. When the cutlets turn golden brown it’s all done
