-If you don’t have a thermometer to check the water temperature, use this method. When you dip your finger to the water it should be hot but you should be able to keep the finger inside for a longer time also, if you put some water to your wrist it should feel hot..

-If the water is too warm, it will kill the yeast..

-Don’t mix salt with yeast as salt will kill yeast, mix salt well with flour before adding yeast water

-Knead for about 5-6 minutes until you get a smooth dough and when you press the dough it should bounce back as shown in the video..If you are new to kneading, stretch & fold the dough while turning sides as shown..

-Proof in a warm place in your kitchen, use your proofing dough if you have one..Or else you can leave inside the oven while its SWITCHED OFF with the oven light on..

-Proof for about 2 hours or until it doubled in size

-You can shape the dough using any techniques, if you are a pro at shaping the dough go for it.. as you can see I am not..lol😆

-Apply olive oil generously as we are using olive oil as a substitute for white or red sauce & sprinkle the seasoning on top.

-Put as much cheese you want, if you want to create cheese strings double the cheese amount.

-Add any toppings you want, if you are overcrowding with toppings you might need extra few minutes in the oven when baking

– Bake till crust is golden brown and cheese is melted..

-Slice the pizza while its warm, I am cutting this to 6 pieces..

-Enjoy & share your thoughts with me..
