HOW TO MAKE FISH CEVICHE WITH MANGO HABANERO

~Fish : Tilapia, snapper sierra, corvina fish, sea bass
~INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 lbs of Fish of choice
Tostadas
1 mango
1 – 2 habanero peppers or serrano peppers
1/2 red onion
3 roma tomatoes
10 -12 limes
1 cucumber
1/2 bunch of cilantro
salt & pepper ( to taste)
~OPTIONAL:
1 orange
1/2 tsp of maggi juguito sazonador
1/2 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tbsp of olive oil
1 pinch of whole oregano
