INGREDIENTS:
5 – 6 tbsp of soy sauce (to taste)
1 tbsp Brown sugar
1 – 2 garlic cloves (minced)
1 tsp ginger (chopped)
black pepper (to taste)
2 tbsp vegetable oil
15 – 17 oz JakiSoba noodles
1/2 cup celery ( 2 stalks of celery)
1/2 onion thinly slice
3 green onions (chopped)
2 cups cabbage
1 – 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 – 2 tbsp oyster sauce (OPTIONAL)
*REMEMBER DISCARD SESAME OIL*
