Here’s what you’ll need:
1 large egg
1/2 cup sugar (100g)
1/4 cup oil (60ml)
1 cup milk (250ml)
1 tsp vanilla (5ml)
1 and 1/2 cup all purpose flour (190g)
1/2 tbsp baking powder (8g)
1/2 tsp salt (3g)
You can bake this in a preheated oven at 170°C(338°F) for 15-20 minutes depending on the pan you’re going to use.
