KFC-style Crispy Chicken Recipe
I made a KFC style chicken characterized by a crunchy texture.
I also made two famous Korean sauces that can be eaten with chicken.
It is sweet spiced chicken sauce (yangnyeom sauce) and soy sauce with garlic.
This is the chicken sauce that everyone likes.

-360g chicken loin
-1 tablespoon (2g) of salt, 4 pinches

✤ Coating
-110g plain flour
-80g of powdered corn starch
-3 pinches of salt
✤ Seasoned Chicken Sauce (yangnyeom sauce)
-2 tablespoons of ketchup
-2 tablespoons of sugar
-0.7 tablespoons (Gochujang) of red pepper paste
-4 tablespoons of starch syrup (or honey)
-0.5 tablespoons of soy sauce
-0.5 tablespoons chopped garlic
-0.5 tablespoons of red pepper powder
✤ Soy sauce with garlic
-3 tablespoons of starch syrup (or honey)
-3 tablespoons of water
-2 tablespoons of sugar
-2 tablespoons of soy sauce
-2 tablespoons of wine for cooking (can be omitted)
-0.5 tablespoons chopped garlic
✤ TIP
-You can use honey instead of starch syrup, but use non-perfumed honey.
-If you don’t have cooking wine, you can omit it.
