How to Make Perfect Buttercream Frosting/ Swiss Meringue Buttercream
Swiss Meringue Buttercream is an all purpose buttercream that is ultra silky and super stable. It’s less sugary compared to the basic buttercream. It is perfect for piping, frosting and icing your cakes and buttercream flowers. I have been using this for my customized cakes and cupcakes since.

Here’s what you’ll need:

6 eggwhites
1 and 1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 cups unsalted butter
And any flavoring or essence you prefer
