lemon juice 2 tbsp (18g)
Water ½ cup (100g)
CRUST:
Oreo cookie (crushed) 1 cup (120g)
melted butter 1/3 cup (80g)
CREAM CHEESE FILLING:
Cream cheese 1 ½ cup (8 oz) room temperature
condensed milk ½ cup (150g)
sour cream 1 cup (140g) room temperature
1 large egg
cornstarch 2 tsp (10g)
lemon juice 2 tbsp (18g)
vanilla extract 1 tsp (5g)
