INGREDIENTS:
4-5 Russet Potatoes (depending on the size of the potatoes it could take to cook, make sure they are soft.)
12 Corn Tortillas
3 Tbsp of Milk
1 Tbsp of Corn Starch
Mozzarella Cheese
Seasoning Salt & Black Pepper to taste
A pinch of Oregano or Menudo Mix
2 tbsp of butter
OPTIONAL GARNISHES:
Sour Cream
Shredded lettuce
Queso Fresco or Cotija cheese
tomatoes
avocado
salsa (hot sauce)
