~INGREDIENTS:
7.05 oz of Fideo
1 zucchini squash
2 carrots
8 baby red potatoes
cilantro
oil
salt & pepper (to taste)
chicken broth or water
chicken bouillon (to taste)
~SAUCE:
6 tomatoes
2 garlic cloves
1/4 onion
tomato bouillon
chicken broth
~TO COOK CHICKEN:
1 lb of chicken (of choice)
1/2 onion
1 celery stick
2 – 3 garlic cloves
1 tbsp of salt
