Hello my beautiful family, today i will be sharing with you guys this delicious and easy beef birria that your whole family will love. Remember there’s different ways of making birria, but this is our families way and it’s very delicious. I hope you guys enjoy

INGREDIENTS:

~TO COOK MEAT:
6 lbs diezmillo de res en trozo (Chuck Roast)
2 lbs chamorro de res (beef shank)
2 lbs costilla de res (beef rib)
1 whole onion
1 garlic head
3 bay leaves
water to cover
3 tbsps of salt (add salt 1 hour after it’s been cooking)

~ TO MAKE SAUCE:
20 California chiles
6 Guajillo chiles
3 Puya chiles (OPTIONAL)
1 chile ancho (chile pasilla seco)
6 tomatoes
3 Garlic cloves
1/2 onion
1/2 tsp of semilla de cilantro (coriander seed)
1/2 tsp of Ajonjoli (sesame seed)
1/2 tsp of pimienta entera (whole black pepper corn)
1/2 tsp of oregano
8 pimienta gorda (All Spice)
1 Jengibre (Ginger)
2 bay leaves
1 Canela entera (cinnamon stick)
1 cube of beef bouillon = 1tbsp
2 jalapeño peppers pickled W/ 2oz of juice
15 salted crackers
2 tbsps of oil to saute chiles
water to cover

2 – 4 tbsps of white vinegar (or to taste)
add more salt (to taste)
