Hey y’all loves! I assure you this the creamiest and the smoothest Leche Flan recipe that melts in your mouth. I can guarantee you once you started a spoonful of it you can’t stop eating it. This recipe is good for one person. You are welcome to double or triple it. Enjoy!
Here’s what you’ll need:
5 eggyolks
200 grams of condensed milk
1/2 cup evap milk or fresh milk
1 tsp vanilla
4 tbsp of granulated sugar for the caramel
2 tbsp water
