Yogurt Cake Recipe

I made a soft and fluffy yogurt cake.
The smell of yogurt and lemon is subtle and really delicious.
The ingredients are simple, so it’s easy to make. Enjoy with coffee or tea.

*** Weighing is the scale (g), rice spoon (tablespoon), teaspoon (teaspoon) weighing.

[Diameter 15cm, Height 7cm]
✤ Yolk mass
-30g (3 tablespoons) of cake flour
-10g (1tbsp) Corn starch
-240g unsweetened yogurt
-1 Lemon
-2 pinches of salt
-3 Egg yolks (large egg)

✤ Meringue
-3egg white (large egg)
-50g (5 tablespoons) of sugar
-10g (1 tablespoon) of lemon juice

✤ TIP
-The total weight of 3 eggs is 190g (before leaving)
– Oven temperature: 150 ℃ (302 ℉) preheat / 150 ℃ (302 ℉) 30 minutes / 140 ℃ (284 ℉) 30 minutes / 10 minutes rest in the oven (total cooking time 60 minutes)
(** In the video caption, it was incorrectly marked as 110 ℃ / 230 ℉. 140 ℃ / 284 ℉ 30 minutes is correct)
-After completely cooled, separate the cake pan and the paper.
-It is better to eat it the next day after chilling.
