I don’t buy bread anymore! Bake without an oven /quick and simple
So easy, so fast, so yummy!
Ingredients:
▪️400g flour
▪️7g dried yeast
▪️200-220ml water
▪️1 tsp salt
▪️2 tsp sugar
Method:
1. In a large bowl mix: 400g flour, 2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp salt, 7g dried yeast.
2. Add water gradually & knead the dough.
3. Put the dough in a bowl. Brush with oil. Cover and set aside in a warm place for 1 hour.
4. After 1 hour, knead the dough again and set aside for 30 minutes.
5. Grease the pan with oil. Preheat the pan.
7. Put the dough in the pan. Flatten gently. Cover and fry on low heat until golden brown.
10. Flip & fry until golden brown.
11. Set aside to cool slightly.
