black pepper – 3 g (0.11 oz)
salt – 3 g (0.11 oz)
TO MARINATE 1 H

toast bread – 3 slices
parsley – 25 g (0.9 oz)
lemon peel – 5 g (0.18 oz)
Tray size 24 X 28 cm (9.45 x 11 in)
