SALAD is a universal healthy cuisine loved by all; Salad is usually consumed before a meal, but sometimes it can be a complete meal by itself.

You can enrich your salad by adding both veg and non-veg ingredients. You can choose a wide variety of veggies and fruits to make your salad a very colorful dish. You get loads of nutrition, especially fiber and proteins out of any good salad.
Any great salad has to be complemented by a great Dressing. You can always use a store-bought dressing, but a simple homemade salad dressing will be fresh and tasty. A combination of Olive Oil, Vinegar, Honey and Lemon makes a simple dressing for any type of salad. You can always make a creamy salad by adding mayonnaise or any other rich creams.

Here’s presenting my version of a salad where i have tried to mix some Indian as well as western items to get a best flavor out of it.

Dressing: Lemon, Extra virgin oil, Vinegar, Honey, Garlic powder (u can use fresh garlic as well), Pepper powder, and salt to taste.

Salad: Tomatoes, Carrot, Cucumber, Raw mango, Capsicum, Corn, Onions, Pomegranate, Bread Croutons, Spring onion leaf, Fried peanut, Green olives, Boiled egg and cheese of your choice.
