In this video, I will show you how to make a very flavorful beef curry. This curry can be enjoyed over rice, potatoes, You will want to make this curry over and over. These patties are easy, fast and delicious. YUM!

+Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp sliced ginger
2 bay leaves
2 basil leaves (if not available use all bay leaves)
½ lb cooked ground beef
2 tbsp curry powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp Garlic salt
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp coriander
2 cups chopped onions
1 cup diced tomatoes
1-1 ¼ cup heavy cream or coconut milk
2 bullion cubes
