Ingredients(for 6 buns)
180g bread flour
15g honey
10g milk powder
1 egg (60g)
70-75g room temp water
2g salt
3g yeast
15g butter
sausages
Instruction:
1.) mix all ingredients together(except butter)
2.)For stand mixer:
1.)beat the dough(speed4) for 8 mins
2.) add in butter, and beat the dough(speed 3) for 5 mins
3.) 1st proof: 1.5hrs till doubled in size
4.) shape the dough
5.) 2nd proof: 50-1hr, then bake 350°F/180°C for 20mins
