Jelly-Jam Cake Filling
My idea of the perfect layers! This Jelly-Jam filling can be made with any choice of jam, you can even use frozen fruits but make sure to thaw them before using them. If you want to make a vegan version, simply replace gelatin with agar agar.
Recipe:
1 Cup chopped strawberries
1 cup granulated sugar (200g)
1 tsp Lemon juice
1/4 c. water + 1 Tbsp gelatine powder (use Agar Agar for vegan version)
