Korean Peanut Butter Biscuit

I made easy-to-make peanut butter cookies.
It’s easy to do, but the taste is really the best.
You can add peanuts like me,
Even if you omit the peanut and eat it as a basic cookie, it looks very delicious.

*** Weighing is the scale (g), rice spoon (tablespoon), teaspoon (teaspoon) weighing.

✤ Pasta Ingredients
-250g of soft flour
-70g sugar
-100g unsalted butter at room temperature
-1 egg
-2g of salt (1 teaspoon)
-2g baking powder
-5 ~ 6 drops of vanilla essence (can be omitted)

✤ Coverage
-90g chopped peanuts
-2 tablespoons of egg white (remove from the dough ingredients above)

✤ TIP
-If there is no soft flour, 225g of plain flour + 25g of cornstarch + 1.5 teaspoon of baking powder, prepare with this proportion.
-The oven temperature may vary depending on the thickness of the cookie.
-This is possible with the Airfryer and set the temperature to about 10 degrees below the oven.
-It’s not sweeter than the cookies you sell. If you want more sweetness, add about 20g more.
