Batter:
1.5 cups All Purpose Flour
1 tbsp Lemon Zest (1 lemon)
1/8 tsp Salt
3/4 cup Butter
4 oz Cream Cheese
1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
Lemon Glaze:
1 cup Powdered Sugar
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Lemon Zest
1 tbsp Milk
*you may adjust the thickness of your glaze by adding more powdered sugar
