INGREDIENTS:
Lime Cooking:
1 Cup (225g) Butter- Soften
1/2 Cup (100g) Sugar
2 1/4 Cups (290g) All purpose flour
3/4 Cup Finely chopped Hazelnuts
2 Tsp Lime Zest
1/4 Cup (4 Tbsps) Lime juice
1 Tsp Vanilla essence
Frosting:
1/2 Cup (60g) Cream Cheese
1 Cup (125g) Powdered Sugar (Confectioners/IcingSugar)
1 Tbsp Lime juice
1 Tsp Vanilla essence
