Ingredients –
500g – Dried Macaroni Pasta
1.3 Litres – Whole Milk
12 – Brown Onion
1 – Bay Leaf
1 – Clove
2 – Garlic Cloves
1 – Star Anise
100g – Unsalted Butter, Cubed
100g – Plain (All Purpose) Flour
150g – Cheddar Cheese, Grated
30g – Parmesan Cheese, Grated
250g – Mozzarella Cheese, Grated
Salt and Pepper to taste
