INGREDIENTS :
1/4 cup – plain yogurt
1/4 cup – oil
1/2 cup – powder sugar
3/4 cup – maida
1/2 tsp – baking powder
1/4 tsp – baking soda
1/3 cup – milk/water
for quick and easy Malai :
1 cup – evaporated milk(thick milk)
1/2 cup – whipping cream
1 tblsp – sugar
1/4 tsp – cardamom powder (optional)
