Hello lovelies! Today, I’m gonna share the yummiest Mango Cake recipe. The chiffon is so light and fluffy. Frosting is so rich and refreshing.

Here’s what you’ll need:

7 egg whites
1 tsp vinegar (5g)
3/4 cup sugar (150g)

1&3/4 cup all purpose flour (218g)
3/4 cup sugar (150g)
1 tbsp baking powder (15g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
7 egg yolks
1/2 cup oil (120g)
2/3 cup water (78g)
1 tsp vanilla (5g)

200 grams cream cheese
2 cups whipping cream (484g)
1/4 cup icing sugar (30g)
1 cup mango puree (250g)
1 tsp vanilla (5g)

In making the puree-just pop in the blender the freshest and the sweetest mango you can get.
