Ingredients –

180g (6.3oz) – Dark Chocolate Chips
60g (2.1oz) – Coconut Oil
3 – Large Eggs
110g (3.8oz) – Monk Fruit Sweetener
100g (3.5oz) – Almond Flour
40g (1.4oz) – Cocoa Powder
Sea Salt Flakes To Taste
Extra Dark Chocolate Chips To Fill & Top

Recipe Notes –

Coconut Oil is used instead of cream to create a silky-smooth chocolate ganache. Coconut Oil encourages fat burning, its a quick source of energy, and boosts skin health. Plus many more benefits.

Monk Fruit Sweetener is a 1:1 substitute for regular granulated white sugar or caster (fine) sugar. Its scientific name is Siraitia Grosvenori but is widely known as monk fruit or Luo Han Guo. It’s relatively easy to get and most well known supermarkets should stock it. If you can’t get it, use regular sugar as a replacement. Monk fruit reduces calorie intake, doesn’t affect blood sugar levels, and Its anti-inflammatory.

Almond Flour is incredibly nutritious and is a great substitute for regular flour in this recipe. Its health benefits can reduce the risk of heart disease and improve blood sugar levels. It also makes this recipe gluten-free.
