Minced Garlic – 1 teaspoon
Onion chopped – 1/3 cup
Ginger paste – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Chili powder – 3/4 teaspoon
Garam masala/mixed spice powder – 3/4 teaspoon
Boiled potatoes – 450 g
minced meat – 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves and salt to taste
** If you want, you can add other spices of your choice.
