3/4 tsp (3.5g) – Baking Powder (Not Baking Soda)
Seasoning To Taste
Canola Oil or Vegetable Oil For Frying
Herby Mayo –
1 – Large Free Range Egg
1 1/2 tsp (12g) – Dijon Mustard
10g (0.3oz) – Dill, Roughly Chopped
5g (0.2oz) – Flat Leaf Parsley, Roughly Chopped
1 3/4 Cups (430ml) – Olive Oil
1 – Lemon, Juiced (You can use half or whole, depending on taste)
