No-Bake, No Eggs MOSAIC CAKE (Chocolate Salami) – Simply the BEST
Mosaic Cake is a very easy no-bake dessert that has always been my go-to recipe

You’ll need
300 g tea biscuits
200 ml milk
3 tbsp cocoa powder
5 tbsp granulated sugar
3 tbsp melted butter
1 cup crushed walnuts or hazelnuts

Here is how
1- In a large bowl, combine 200 ml of milk, 5 tbsp of granulated sugar, 3 tbsp of melted butter and 3 tbsp of cocoa powder and stir till combined.
2- Add 1 cup of crushed walnuts or hazelnuts.
3- Add the biscuits, crumbling them coarsely.
4- Using a spoon, mix until well combined. Make sure everything is chocolate covered and evenly distributed.
5- Cover a baton cake pan with plastic wrap
6- Transfer the mixture into the cake pan and cover the top with plastic wrap as well.
7- With your hands, press down on the sides and corners to give a better shape.
8- Place in the freezer for several hours until firm.
9- Decorate as you desire. Cut into pieces and serve. Hope you enjoy!

Ps. Place at room temperature for a few minutes before cutting.
