No-Bake White Chocolate MOSAIC CAKE (eggless)

Ingredients

400 g of crushed biscuits
50 g of melted butter
300 ml of fresh milk
3 tbsp of granulated sugar
3 tbsp of cacao powder
½ cup of crushed walnuts
2 tsp of vanilla sugar
160 g of white chocolate

Preparation

1- Melt 160 g of white chocolate using a hot-water-bath and pour into a silicone cupcake mold as 1 tsp for each section.
2- For the biscuit mixture, combine 400 g of crushed biscuits with 50 g of melted butter, 300 ml of fresh milk, 3 tbsp of granulated sugar, 3 tbsp of cacao powder, ½ cup of crushed walnuts and 2 tsp of vanilla sugar.
3- Fill the cake mold with the biscuit mixture by pressing gently on top.
4- Refrigerate for 2 hours.
5- Remove the mini mosaic cakes from the mold and serve.
6- Enjoy!
