NO FUSS JUICY BURGERS πŸ”βœ…

You’ll need

500 g minced beef (20%+ fat)
1 egg
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 tbsp grape molasses
1 tbsp mustard
Desired toppings

Here’s how

1- Gather 500 g of minced beef, 1 egg, Β½ tsp of black pepper, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tbsp of breadcrumbs, 1 tbsp of grape molasses and 1 tbsp of mustard in a bowl and mix everything together gently, but thoroughly, without over-mixing. (Use a 20%+ fat beef mince, fattier meat means a juicier burger! πŸ˜‰)
2- Roll this mixture into meatballs.
3- Cook the meatballs, turning frequently to brown on all sides, in a preheated nonstick skillet or grill pan. You can prepare 6 meatballs with these ingredients.
4- When they are cooked, top each meatball with cheese square, then cover with the top of a bun.Cook for a further minute or two until the cheese is melted.
5- Garnish with your favorite toppings and condiments.
6- Serve immediately while it’s still warm. Hope you enjoy!
