NO KNEAD |Super Soft Bubble Bread with whole blueberries
I have a box of blueberries at home, so I use it to make blueberry bread. I usually prepare the dough the day before and leave it in the fridge overnight to loosen and ferment. The next morning I make the bread so that my family can have hot bread for breakfast.
Ingredients:
*Milk 25g
*Whipping Cream 125g
*Bread Flour 200g
*Fresh Yeast 8g ( Dry Yeast 3g)
*Sugar 30g
*Salt 2g
*Blueberries 125g
