Serves – 6 To 8
Ingredients –
300g (10.5oz) – Streaky or Back Bacon, Large Diced
2 tsp (20g) – Dijon Mustard
10g (0.3oz) – Thyme, Roughly Chopped
5 – Garlic Cloves, Finely Chopped or Minced (Use 4 Cloves)
1 1/2 Cups (375ml) – Chicken or Vegetable Stock
300g (10.5oz) – Macaroni Pasta
2 1/2 Cups (625ml) – Full Fat Milk
1/2 Cup (125ml) – Thickened Cream (Substitute for Full Fat Milk)
1 1/3 Cups (330ml) – Chicken or Vegetable Stock
50g (1.7oz) – Plain (All-Purpose) Flour
200g (7.05oz) – Cheddar Cheese, Grated & Divided
5g (0.2oz) – Flat Leaf Parsley, Roughly Chopped
