OREOLOGY Loaf Cake | No Bake Oreo Cake | Savor Easy
How to make the famous Oreology Loaf cake inspired by JCO’s oreology donuts. This is my original recipe and design, I hope you like it and give it a try.

Here’s what you’ll need:
4 egg yolks
1/3 cup granulated white sugar
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup water
1 cup all purpose flour
1&1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

4 egg whites
1/2 tsp vinegar or cream of tartar or lemon juice
1/3 cup granulated white sugar

For the frosting:
100 grams Swiss White Chocolate
1 cup heavy cream or all purpose cream (heated for about 75°C)

Toppings:
16pcs oreo cookies (Crushed)

Notes:
1. Coffee cream frosting should be chilled before whipping to make it fluff.
2. This recipe can be baked too at 180°C for 25-30 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean when inserted. Baking time also depends on your oven specification.
