My favorite fish recipe is pan seared sea bass with maple carrots, pan seared asparagus and lemon butter sauce (beurre blanc).
Branzino is also called Sea bass, Mediterranean Sea bass or European Sea bass. It has delicate, white flesh and a mild, almost sweet flavor.
In this recipe I will show you sea bass searing techniques, how to cook sea bass with crispy skin. This video is not only fish recipe, but step by step recipe how to cook lemon butter sauce (beurre blanc).

Ingredients:
2 Mediterranean Sea bass (Branzino) Fillet
1.5 lb carrots
1 lb asparagus
3 garlic cloves
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 lemon

Lemon Butter Sauce (Beurre Blanc):
1 tbsp minced shallot
4 oz dry white wine
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz heavy cream
4 oz cold unsalted butter (cut into small cubes)
Salt and pepper to taste
Thyme
Lemon zest
