Pasta Amatriciana | How To Make Recipe
How to make Pasta All’Amatriciana. This recipe is so easy to make, tastes fantastic and is also really cheap. Amatriciana is a tomato sauce that traditionally uses Guanciale (Pork Jowl or Pig Cheek) but in this case we use Pancetta. Bucatini Pasta is then tossed through the sauce to create a wonderful fresh and full of flavour dish that’s then topped with Pecorino Cheese, fresh Basil and freshly cracked Black Pepper. Please enjoy.
