Meringue Cookies and Kisses are the same..Use both names in different regions.

Ingredients:
-2 Large Egg whites
-115g Sugar
-3 Gel colors or other coloring

Wilton 4B nozzle
Wilton 16inch piping bag

*It is important to beat the mixture until smooth. When you touch the mixture you shouldn’t feel any sugar

*Leaving the piped cookies on the kitchen table gives it time to firm the outer crust so it will hold shape inside the oven

*Lower temperature and a longer bake is important

*After its baked don’t take the cookies out, switch off the oven and leave in the oven until cools or at least for an hour. When you take out the kisses too soon it will tend to crack due to the sudden temperature change..

Bake: In low temperature 250F for 45 minutes or until the cookies are trusty outside.
