INGREDIENTS
Cake
-150g (2/3 cup)Butter, soften room temperature (I am using salted butter, feel free to use unsalted)
-200g (1 cup) Sugar, granulated
-225g (2 cup minus 2 tbsps flour) All purpose Flour, sifted (1 cup =120g)
-3 Large eggs, room temperature
-90ml/g Milk, room temperature or slightly warm (regular milk)
-50ml/g Vegetable oil
-1 tsp Baking powder
-1 tsp Baking soda
-1/4 tsp Salt
Frosting
-355g Heavy whipping cream, cold
-40g Icing/Confectioners sugar
-1/2 tsp Vanilla
Pan
-One 8 inch pan greased and bottom lines with parchment paper.
Bake
-Preheat oven to 350F degrees(180C)
-Bake for about 25-30 minutes until a skewer inserted comes out clean. Baking time will depend according to oven
