Here’s what you’ll need:
1 cup warm milk (250ml)
1 large egg (room temp)
1/4 cup sugar (50g)
2 tsp instant yeast (6g)
3 cups all purpose flour (400g) or bread flour in same amount
3 tbsps milk powder (30g)
1/3 cup softened butter (75g) Unsalted
1 tsp salt (5g) half the salt if using salted butter
Eggwash: 1 egg + 2 tbsp milk
