Ingredients:-
100 gms. Butter
3 tbsp. Milk (boiled and cooled down to room temperature)
2 tbsp. Oil
1 tsp. Rose Essence
400 gms. Condensed Milk
2 cups Refined Flour (Maida)
1½ tbsp. Baking Powder
Whipped Cream (Click here for the recipe:- />Red Food Colouring
Chocolate Chips
Method:-
– In a bowl beat together butter, milk, oil, rose essence and condensed milk for 2-3 minutes.
– Add refined flour and baking powder. Mix well and beat again for 5 minutes.
– Grease an aluminum cake tin with oil and stick butter paper to it.
– Pour the batter in the cake tin and level it.
– Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes in a preheated oven.
– Let the cake cool down to room temperature.
– Unmould the cake from the cake tin and decorate with whipped cream and choco-chips as shown in the video.
