Smoking Homemade Cheese at Deep South Texas
Smoking some of my homemade cheese at Deep South Texas. I am taking advantage of some cooler weather we are having to accomplish this task. I used a combination of apple wood and hickory for the smoke. I am smoking four types of cheese, Cheddar, Farmhouse cheddar, Gouda, and Cotswold. You can use this same method to smoke purchased cheese. They turned out amazing.
