Quick-and-Easy 3 LAYER SEMOLINA DESSERT
Here is how to make one of the lightest dessert within our traditional cuisine, a delicious 3 layer semolina dessert.

You’ll need:
125 g vanilla pudding powder
400 ml sour cherry juice
9 tbsp semolina
9 tbsp granulated sugar
2 tbsp grated coconut
2 tsp vanilla sugar
1 lt fresh milk
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp cacao powder

Here’s how:
1- Cook 125 g of vanilla pudding powder with 400 ml of sour cherry juice by whisking until thickens.
2- Pour into lightly wet bundt cake pan.
3- Refrigerate while preparing the cream.
4- For the cream; combine 9 tbsp of semolina with 9 tbsp of granulated sugar, 2 tbsp of grated coconut, 2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar and 1 lt of fresh milk in a pan. Cook by whisking until thickens.
5- Mix in 1 tbsp of butter.
6- Pour half of the cream over the pudding layer.
7- Add 2 tbsp of cacao powder into the other half of the cream and mix thoroughly.
8-Spread the cacao cream over the second layer.
9- After being brought to room temperature, refrigerate the dessert for minimum of 2 hours.
10- Flip the dessert on a serving plate before serving.
11- Enjoy!
