Snickerdoodle Cake Recipe
If you love everything cinnamon, this cake is for YOU!
It’s super easy to make, requires ingredients you already have at home, and looks super pretty on the inside as well!
RECIPE
For the batter:
2 eggs
Pinch of salt
1/2 Tbsp vanilla extract
1 Cup granulated sugar
1/2 Cup vegetable oil (can be replaced with butter)
1 Cup milk (I used 2%)
2 Cups all purpose flour (You can use cake flour as well)
1 tsp Baking powder
For the filling:
2 Tbsps Granulated Sugar
2 Tbsps Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder
