Here’s what you’ll need:
3 cups all purpose flour 375g
¼ cup sugar (50g)
2 tsp instant yeast
½ salt
1 egg
1 cup yogurt 245g
¼ cup melted butter (55g)
2 tablespoons of oil for bowl

Yogurt Glaze:
¼ cup yogurt
¼ cup icing sugar

Egg wash: Beat 1 egg with 2 tablespoons of milk
