for stuffing:

chopped onion – 2 tblsp
chopped green chili – 1 tsp
chopped coriander leaves – 1 tblsp
chili flakes – 1/2 tsp
chat masala – 1/2 tblsp
roasted cumin powder – 1/4 tsp
amchur(dried mango powder) – 1/4 tsp
salt – 1/2 tsp
ghee/mustard oil – 1 tsp
