Minced meat (beaf/lamb/chicken) – 600 g
Chopped cabbage – 1 cup
Grated Carrot – 1/4 cup
Chopped Onion _ 1/4 cup
Chopped green chilli – 1 tblsp
Chopped coriander leaves – 1 tblsp
Soya sauce – 1 tsp
Salt – 1/2 tblsp
Readymade Meat Masala – 2 tblsp
here I used shan masala
Other ingredients :
Cabbage leaves – 15 to 20 pcs
Tomato sauce – 1 cup
grated cheese – 1/2 cup
chopped coriander leaves
salt and water
