Supersoft And Fluffy Sweet Cheese Dinner Roll | Pandesiosa
How to make a soft and fluffy Sweet Cheese Dinner Roll. So good that melts in your mouth. This bread is also called pandesiosa or easy ensaymada. Enjoy darlings!

Here’s what you’ll need:
1 whole egg (55-60g)
1 egg yolk (30g)
1/2 cup fresh or long life milk (125ml) (room temp)
1/3 cup sugar (67g)
3 and ¼ cup all purpose flour (406g)
2 and ¼ tsp instant yeast (7g)
1 tsp salt (4g)
1/4 cup butter (50g) unsalted (if using salted, reduce the salt into half)

Eggwash:1 egg+ 2 tbsp milk

-softened Butter to brush the bread
-sugar to sprinkle
-grated cheddar cheese (30g)

Please note:
1.When baking, it will take 20-22 minutes in conventional oven. And 18 minutes in convection.
2. If using instant yeast, you can directly mix it with the rest of ingredients with room temperature milk. If using active dry yeast, you have to bloom it with lukewarm milk and 1 tsp sugar until foamy (10 minutes).
