Supersoft Sultana Buns

Here’s what you’ll need:
1 cup warm milk (250 ml)
1 large egg
2 and 1/4 tsp instant yeast (g)
1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk (75g)
1 tbsp sugar (15g)
3 and ¼ cup al purpose flour (406g) or more, depending on the protein content of the flour you’re using
1 tsp salt (5g)
1/4 cup unsalted softened butter (55g)
1/2 cup sultana raisins or black raisins
Eggwash: 1 egg + 1 tbsp milk
Glaze:
2 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
