Serves 2

Ingredients –

4 – 100g – Salmon Fillets, Skin on or off
3/4 Cup – 175ml – Homemade Teriyaki Sauce
1 tsp – 15g – Ginger, Peeled and Grated (We are using the juice)
2 Tbs – Spring Onion (Scallions), Thinly Sliced
1 Tbs – Corn Flour
1 1/2 Tbs – Vegetable Oil
