Apple Cider Donuts Ingredients:
Pecan Streusel:
2/3 cup pecans
2/3 cup light brown sugar
2/3 cup flour
5 tbsp melted butter
Apple Cider Donuts Dough:
500ml apple cider (reduce 75%) / you will need 60 ml
570g (4 1/2 cups) flour
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 cup buttermilk
1 tbsp vanilla extract
60 ml reduced apple cider
75g (4.5 tbsp) butter
120g (1/2 cup) white sugar
75g (1/2 cup) light brown sugar
2 large eggs
Cinnamon Sugar:
1 cup white sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
Apple Cider Glaze:
1 cup of powdered sugar
2 tbsp reduced apple cider
